The Space:

Bleau Vine Luxe Suite is a professionally designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft with an open living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen stocked for longer stays. Two bedrooms, two full baths and smart TVs in each room give coworkers or families their own space. Fast Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces support remote work and video calls. Premium linens, climate control and an in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to stay for weeks or months. The secure building uses ButterflyMX keyless entry. The suite hosts corporate and executive travelers, relocation and insurance placements, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests for short, mid and long-term stays.

The Neighborhood:

Castleberry Hill is a walkable historic loft district in Downtown Atlanta, next to South Downtown, with art galleries, cafés, restaurants and production studios. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center and the Georgia State Capitol are minutes away. The Atlanta University Center (Spelman, Morehouse and Clark Atlanta) and Georgia State University are close by, which suits visiting faculty, families at graduations and event travelers. Centennial Yards, the Georgia-Pacific and Georgia Power headquarters, the downtown courts and Morehouse School of Medicine are also close by.



Getting Around:

On-site and street parking are available. The Vine City and Five Points MARTA stations are nearby, and rideshare pickups are quick. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 15 minutes by car.
