Had to wait to check in because the hotel was fully booked and still turning over the rooms. Also, we booked a room with a sleeper sofa, but there was no linen in the room nor enough towels for the three people the room was booked for so I had to go down to the front desk to get what we needed. Apparently the property changed hands in the recent past but it was inconvenient for me as I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle. The water pressure in the shower was very low. A higher pressure in the shower is always better.
