Labor Day weekend in TN

No breakfast! Coffee maker out of order, muffins put out each day, sub par. Your staff seemed embarrassed making excuses for the lack of breakfast. I was told days later that if you ask the front desk would make you a sausage and biscuit but trust me, it was not offered by the morning desk person. Sink in our room clogged drain, disgusting. Fitted sheets did not fit deep mattress. Uncomfortable.

Consider your options carefully

Horrible experience with former staff that apparently quit during the stay, which is probably part of why they didn't care about the distress I was in for multiple reasons, so much I could say. Lack of cleanliness and comfort in second room of the stay. Nicole was the only reason I stayed on and didn't demand a refund but multiple things ruined the whole first part of a trip that I made to see family that I hadn't been able to see in years. (Not disability accommodation friendly or even in actuality very accessible) I wasn't going to even make this review but since you keep asking me every day in my email, this is the gist of it. (I actually stay in hotels for work very frequently and this was my worst experience in years, and it was meant to be a special personal trip).

“Breakfast” no milk, no juice, no cold, cereals, no butter. Coffee was lukewarm at best, their fruit consisted of apples, which were spoiled. Their offering consisted of bread, a few jellies, a few small muffins, and packets for instant oatmeal. The hot water provided from the coffee maker was not hot. I consider this place very overrated and would not recommend it. When we went for breakfast, there was no one at the front desk are in the breakfast area. breakfast was advertised as six to 9:30 AM. We were there at 6:30 and there was no staff.

Had better stays

Stayed on first floor, people above us were very loud. Sounded like they were remodeling their room. Started around midnight. At 2 am., i had enough. Called front desk, chris stated he couldnt anything about. Asked if we wanted to change rooms. (Not at 2 am., ) said hed write a report in the am., he never did. ( I asked).

Definitely wouldn't stay here again

The building is new so its nice looking as you pull in. The 2 ladies at check in were pleasant and friendly, the best part of the stay honestly. The bed wasn't comfortable, made noise every time one of us moved, theres apparently train tracks behind the hotel, the rooms are not good at preventing sounds from outside the room coming in, the door has a gap all the way around it so light from the hall just shines in, the "breakfast" was ridiculous. Ive stayed in tons of hotels traveling for work over the years, this was a personal trip and definitely a bad choice. The breakfast was an apple wrapped in plastic, bread for toast wrapped in plastic, plain packs of oatmeal, a muffin wrapped in plastic and the little 2 pack of mini frozen sausage biscuits you heat yourself. The OJ was a shade of orange that you wouldn't want it to be and tasted awful. An older couple in the lobby said something about it being the worst free breakfast they've seen and the guy working responded that this is a cheap, low end hotel so this is what you get. I paid $135 for 1 night, I've stayed in nicer Holiday Inn express than this for cheaper.
