This clean, tidy and recently renovated property gives lake like vibes and small town comfort. Three minute walk to the public dock, two minute drive to one of two boat launches and a five minute drive to the county beach/park; leaving many options for fun and recreation. Charleston Lake is well known for its beautiful lake islands and parks, fishing, and water sports. Centrally located, there are opportunities for day excursion to Ottawa, Kingston, Westport, Brockville and many other rural communities with quaint attractions.
You will love this home with all the amenities that a family or group of friends need to be comfortable. You can be as busy as you want to be or just sit back on the spacious deck or curl up by the outdoor fire pit.
There are two marinas just a quick walk away and a licensed restaurant that is expected to open for breakfast and lunch in the summer of 2025.

A small dog is permitted and although we do not allow smoking inside the home, there is smoking permitted in the designated outdoor area.

We had a great stay in Charleston, which was a quaint Lakeside town. We have family in the area and it was nice to have a modern homebase from which to explore. Host was super friendly even dealing with some severe storms in the area. We’ll definitely be looking to stay in the future. Also very family friendly!

We had a great time, beautiful area for cycling. The cottage very clean, one of the best equipped kitchen we have experience. Neighbors very friendly.
