We were glad that we got a really great deal. It’s a different feel than your typical hotel. The room itself was clean there was lady bugs in it but that didn’t bother us. The hallways were pretty dirty though. It’s a really new place but Seems like it’ is quickly being run down and things like the walls are quickly becoming beat up. Pretty sad

The staff was nice and the facility should be ideal. That said, the fitted sheet on the bed had a 10-12” tear that just could not be missed when the bed was made up. The mattress is well beyond any reasonable expectation of life span. More of a half-pipe than a mattress at this point. The foldout bed should be registered as a torture device. That thing is one car battery short of being a mob movie set piece. The hotel is cheap…still not a good deal in my mind. No one getting any sleep does not make for the best road trip. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!

The room was okay. Bed lil old rolled to center all night. Room needed a spruce dusts on tables, lamps, phone and coffee pot. Some holes in bathroom Walls looked like hooks were ripped out of wall. Shower curtain was not long enough for shower so water was getting all over floor and made it lil chilly. There was absolutely no other guest when we stayed so no reason to not have a clean room with fresh clean. The stairs and hall to room needed a vacuum badly had candy and small trash on steps just looked like it had been a very long time since they had vacuum the halls. The room its self we felt lacked the feel of hocking hills. Normally I would not comment on any of this but this is a Hospitality College Hotel. You need to do better if people are paying to learn hospitality I didn’t feel it here.
