The room was clean & comfortable. I am unable to give 5 stars because there were stairs that had to be navigated with a cart full of our items. The manager apologized & stated the Inn is an older establishment & the cost to renovate would be prohibitive. As an older couple in our 70's, the stairs to prevent us from staying again.

Normally rooms were great. Going through Expedia I was given a room not acceptable to us based on previous stays at this hotel done by us and not Expedia. The hotel would not make any changes to our room because the reservation was made by Expedia a third party…so the hotel could not make changes.

Comfortable room, within walking distance of Peden Stadium. Only problem was large line at check-in, due to delays caused by visiting football team checking out. Staff did their best, however, to keep things moving.
