Our studio is located on the first floor and is at the heart of Koukaki. It is within walking distance of 1' from the metro station of Syggrou-Fix, 7' from the Acropolis Museum and Plaka, and 13' from the Acropolis. Its location makes it perfect for a couple or two friends to explore Athens and immerse into the hip and authentic Athenian district of Koukaki, filled with cozy cafes, quaint tavernas, and a mix of traditional and contemporary shops. Our studio consists of a spacious bedroom, an entrance/dining area, a bathroom, and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities to provide for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Our bedroom has a brand new (150*200cm) mattress and topper which will ensure a pleasant night's sleep. It has two balconies, where you can relax and they overlook a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and cafes. The whole apartment is 36 square meters big. There are no stairs before accessing the studio entrance from the main building entrance.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which has a kitchen. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Great downtown location. Not much of a view from the patios but definitely in the centre of the visiting area and quiet enough to have a sound sleep! We loved Athens and the area we stayed in.
