1. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time to avoid disturbing other tenants. Thank you!



2. Pets - Animals are not permitted in our apartments, as they are not suitable for pets. Thank you for your understanding.



3. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you may smoke in the designated smoking spots.. Please ensure that cigarettes are properly extinguished all the time..



4. Parties - Please note that parties and large events are not allowed in the apartments, as they are not equipped for this type of use. Thank you for your cooperation.



5. Babies and Toddlers: If needed, we offer a cot, high chair, and additional mattresses to make your stay more convenient for families with young children.



5. Our Availability and Services: While we primarily operate virtually, we want you to know that we are always here for you. Whether you have questions related to the apartment or anything else, feel free to reach out at any time. We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional hospitality and support.



6. The elevator is small and can only fit 1-2 adults; it is not designed to carry people with a lot of big luggage/wheelchairs/(unfolded) baby strollers.



7. Noise from the bars downstairs may be present during some nights.





To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning.
