Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Malgré un message le matin du jour de notre arrivée pour prévenir de notre arrivée tardive, aucune réponse du gérant. À notre arrivée, porte close, aucune instruction pour pouvoir entrer. Pas de réponse du gérant. ABRITEL contacté a essayé de le joindre sans succès. Avons dû annuler cette réservation et trouver un hôtel à 2 heures du matin. Très mauvaise expérience avec cet hébergement. ABRITEL a bien réagi et nous a remboursé rapidement.
