Basic room but adequate if your intention is to be out and about most of time which is what we were. It’s very central so walking distance to the Acropolis and restaurants, including one excelling one across the road. Sports bar downstairs and laundry. Staff were extremely helpful.

Property was dated, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was provided along with a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in room. Best location! A block from the Plaka and AAcropolis.This also means nights can be noisy. Greeks are out late at clubs and sports bars. Many places in the area are open past midnight. If you are a night owl, great.

It's difficult to provide an overall rating for the hotel, since there were good and bad aspects. Good - the price, the location was convenient to Acropolis, shopping, and food, the staff was good. Bad - although my room was excellent, my sister's room was very small and cramped. The elevator can only take two people or one plus luggage at a time. There is a sports bar on the first floor which is noisy when a game is gong on.

Good location. Walking distance from Acropolis, metro station and main tourists sites. Room was spacious with a fully loaded kitchen which was a plus. Breakfast was below average. Would stay again as the price and location were great.

We loved our stay at Athens Studios. It's super close to the metro and we took the train from the airport there. Easy to walk with our suitcases to the hotel. All the receptionists we talked with were friendly and helpful. We got in two hours before check in time and they let us get to our room early since our room was ready! The elevator is very small (only two people at most) but it worked and got us to our room. The AC worked great. Beds comfortable. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast served from 8 to 10 am. Wish it was served earlier as we had a lot of activities that started earlier so we only had breakfast there once. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby, and it's right next to the Acropolis. The place is keyless. You access the front door and our room by entering codes so I recommend you take a picture of the codes in case you forget. There's a sports bar right downstairs which could get loud on nights when a game was being televised but we loved the vibe and the noise usually died down by midnight. This is a great, affordable hotel right in the heart of Athens. Miss it already.

Excellent location. Great continental breakfast, Laundromat, sports bar. Arrived at 4:00 am. Concierge was there to let us in. Only downer is the sports bar is open until the wee hours of the morning. ( 2:00 to 3:00 am). Our room was over the bar. Made it very difficult to sleep at times.

Pros: fantastic location, very friendly front desk Okay: breakfast had decent options Cons: the bed is very firm, housekeeping walked in on me twice without knocking, there is no safe or deadbolt on the door. They use a strong perfumed spray on the linens and throughout the room - I had to book a different hotel for my second night as I couldn't handle the intense smell.

Breakfast is in the fast food restaurant next door - very basic, machine hot drinks, some buns, fruit, boiled eggs. We went out instead. It's more of a hostel then a hotel. Our twin was very basic and tiny, nothing like any of the pics. If they offer you transfers to port or airport don't take them they are twice the price of a normal taxi or Uber.
