The wifi was terrible - would never hold a conference there that relied on internet access as you can’t even access emails Coffee maker didn’t work in the room, called front desk to ask about getting a different one , they said sure but never showed up. Waited several hours then took the broken one to the desk and was told they would get a new one up to the room right away but this did not happen. Waited several more hours & again went the the front desk to inquire about it and staff had the “deer in the headlights” response I stayed at the desk til they found a coffee maker that I took to the room myself. Shameful customer service

Very good breakfast station . Was asked if I wanted maid service after second day. They never showed up to make beds and replace towels or restock in room coffee supplies. Why bother asking if you’re not going to do it anyway.

Great stay!

The hotel is new. The room was clean and comfortable. Has a nice heating/air conditioning unit that allows for good temperature control. The breakfast area was spacious and clean. There were lots of breakfast options available. The staff at the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The property was in excellent condition and well staffed with friendly people. The room was well apointed with a Keurig, small fridge and microwave. The king bed was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was equal to any I've had. I must comment on one unique experience. I had not been in my room for 5 minutes when the front desk called to see if everything was to.my liking!! If all the Canalta hotels are to this standard I would not hesitate to use any of them.
