This new modern home is less the 8/10th of a mile from the downtown core. 3 story home with an elevator, 3 car garage, designer furnished with tall ceilings and high end substrates. It will only be leased as a 4 month winter rental, November - February beginning 2021. We would welcome a multi year lease and allow off season use of storage areas.
