Big, clean room and facility. Mattress was not the greatest, towels needed a dose of softener and shower temp control had a miniscule distance between cold and boiling making it hard to get it set right.

I didn't even go into the room. I asked for a different room since this room was immediately next to the only elevator. The front desk person said that all rooms were taken even though I noted on my app that I could reserve another room there if I wanted. When presented with this information she said she was unable to change the room. NO explanation I CANCELED the room, that I NEVER was in and moved to another hotel in town.

Parking was easy, but I had a Hit and Run to my parked vehicle while in the lot. No cameras covering the lot. The room was clean except batteries were dead on the one TV and the other TV was unplugged and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Staff was good. Did not use the gym. Breakfast was fair.

The room, and hotel overall, was clean and presentable. The showers were clean with convenient dispensers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Water pressure was good. Decent size fridge and adequate TV. Pillows were surprisingly comfortable. I did not check out the pool or eat breakfast there. Nice hotel in a beautiful area. Not right on the lake front, but close to walk to.

Ashland is Adorable!!

The hotel was great, but we really loved walking around the downtown area outside of the hotel! Very cute shops and restaurants, and there are many murals painted on buildings. Absolutely loved the area!!

Nice room, quick check in, the most expensive of the three hotels I stayed in on my trip. Thought it was about $70 overprices. I stayed on Lake Minocqua and had a small condo with a kitchen overlooking the lake for $169.00
