Even the OJ at breakfast didn’t taste like OJ They don’t clean their grounds especially outside their office Our bathroom looks like the walls are under construction and the lights stained with rust spots and the frig was a mini jackhammer all night! When I checked out and mentioned the matters the clerk didn’t seem to care.

No room service over 4 days of stays. The instruction says the room service is done when asked but a longer stay they provide the room service after 3rd day. They never did. The bathroom tube wont drain. Overall it didnt meet the expectation.

There were bed bugs breeding in the dresser drawer, young nymph babies crawling around and an egg sack.. we are very grateful because we found them before touching the beds or bringing our stuff in the room. We informed management, got refund and left.

The continental breakfast failed, no milk for cereals. No hot food: eggs, sausage or bacon and pancakes available. Danish sweets were expired, I enjoyed the coffee and orange juice, nothing else available to enjoy/eat.
