Great hotel but bathroom lighting was terrible making it very difficult for having and applying makeup. Additionally the bath tub was very slippery and we had to put a towel on bottom to avoid falling. If you re even remotely sliw at moving please ask for a handicapped room.

The room was okay. Bed and chairs weren’t comfortable. Staff not overly welcoming. When checking in I was questioned why I was staying there being that I was a local and they didn’t usually accept reservations from locals. Sorry, but I was having electrical work at my house and had no power. The whole place seemed clean but upon closer inspection I had food left on the rug when I checked in. Everything was just okay. Nothing special!!!

Pros: The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Cons: I reserved a mountain view room. The mountains were so far off in the distance that "mountain view" was not what we got and was misleading. Don't expect any beautiful views! Additionally, the refrigerator didn't get cold, and there was no freezer section for ice packs, etc.

Everything about Fairfield Marriott in Hendersonville NC is perfect!! Both of us book the Queen Suite each time we visit which is yearly. The beds are so comfortable including the pillows. When it's time to leave, I looked forward to the next visit. Thank you Fairfield Marriott!
