PROS: Every staff we engaged with was top-notch. Helpful, friendly, pleasant to interact with, from the desk attendant, to breakfast cooks, to cleaning staff. The room was more spacious than a similarly-priced chain hotel, with full kitchen, tall fridge, and counter space. Bed and accessories were very comfortable. Room temperature control worked well. 50" TV had HDMI easily accessible and smart apps built in (not available at some similar hotels). Quiet. CONS: Shower knob wasn't connected so it would fall off (but you could easily connect and turn it). We were there for a short stay so only notified staff at checkout. Bathroom faucet handle spins off (also a minor nuisance and notified staff at checkout). No exhaust vent in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet smaller than others. Very little for vegetarians and vegans. Usually there's at least a waffle maker and potatoes. Enough items for non-vegetarians though, but not even non-dairy milk available for us who aren't. Regardless of the few cons, we enjoyed our 3 night stay here because of the staff and the room. Just a few updates to the bathroom and more items at breakfast, and the place would be excellent.

Great staff,and this property takes hospitality to a whole new level.From having welcome back on key card holder to a box of chocolates in the room.Not to mentioned complimentary water bottles and snacks in our room Location is convenient to interstate and restaurants in a very safe area.If you need a hotel in the Hendersonville area do yourself a favor and check this place out,5 star stay every time.
