Hotel gives a home vibe , clean but is very dated. Staff is excellent and friendly! Bed was too hard for me and pillows need to be replaced Small flat and hard, could not sleep because of the pillows. The breakfast was like old people food. I couldn’t eat anything, it turned me off. Some health concerns were hard boiled eggs not covered. Coffee Luke warm / it was nice but unfortunately, I wouldn’t return. Would prefer something newer.

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Water poured down on our heads while we were in the shower. It was not safe to walk around that area. I informed the front desk and the young man was willing to change our room. However it was very late and my wife was in bed and she was too tired to want to move. So we just slept in the bed and were very careful not to slip and fall in the bathroom. My wife has videos of the bathroom ceiling if you are interested. John Domino delivers

We stumbled upon this hotel because we had one evening until we could get into our cabin. It was a very pleasant surprise! It was very inviting, friendly and clean! It had a beautiful outdoor space with fire pits! I not only would recommend it, but we will be back at some point! A great little hidden gem!

The lodge is lovely with a beautiful lobby including a large stone fireplace. There are several outdoor seating areas including one with a fireplace and fire pit. The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfortable, complimentary snacks including chocolates on the pillows waiting for us. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is made to look like a fancy lodge. The inside was beautiful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The room had a ceiling fan that made such a difference. We were so comfortable and the staff was so kind. There is a nice little green area behind the hotel that has a waterfall. We'll be staying there again when we go back to visit.

This Lodge is definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed in my entire existence. The check in was super easy, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. The rooms- my gosh are stunning and the decor is so beautiful. The rooms were very clean and they had a couple of treats for us. This Lodge seems to prioritize customer service and client satisfaction to the T. We are definitely coming here again and I highly recommend it. Thank you.

A Relaxing Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful little getaway to the mountains at The Lodge at Flat Rock. The thoughtful extras made our stay feel so special, from the note and chocolates left on our bed to the complimentary snack and drink basket left in the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was excellent—especially the fresh fruit—and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our favorite part was the outdoor gathering areas surrounded by natural beauty, which made for the perfect place to relax. We can’t wait to return!
