Zentrale Lage

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer. Leider sehr hellhörig. Lage zum Einkaufen und zum See sehr günstig

Pas de vue, pas de dégagement.

Possibilité de réserver une place de parc pour chf 10.00 par jour. Très bien mais cette place de parc n'est en réalité qu'une place devant une porte de garage à une autre adresse, porte de garage qu'il faut quand même laisser libre pour l'entrée et la sortie de vélos. Il y a des places de parc aux abords de la maison de vacances mais toutes en zone bleue, donc pas le choix. Vraiment exagéré.... De plus, les chaînes TV en français se résument à TSR I & II... et aucune chaîne pour les enfants.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Rand und dennoch zentral der Stadt Ascona. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch die Promenade und das Strandbad sind in 5 - 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar.

Bewertung Junior Suite

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Allerdings stehen nicht genügend Parkplätze für alle Wohnungen zur Verfügung, weshalb wir einen teuren Einstellhallenplatz benutzen mussten.
