wir waren zu zweit fĂŒr 3 nĂ€chte in der Ferienunterkunft + sehr gerĂ€umig und fĂŒr unsere Nutzung (viel unterwegs) gut + KĂŒche optimal ausgestattet + sehr sauber - Leider Matratze unbequem (fĂŒr mich zu weich) - letzte Nacht ab mitternacht war es sehr laut (fr auf sa Nacht) - hellhörig schlafen kaum möglich

Super Lage - in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Lido, Bagno Pubblico oder an der Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Lediglich die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ein wenig ‚in die Jahre‘ gekommen. In der KĂŒche fehlten Abdeckungen an den SchrĂ€nken / Dampfabzug.

Appartement confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© au centre d’Ascona. A proximitĂ© des commerces, Migros et boulangerie Ă  100 mĂštres. Le lac Ă  300 mĂštre. Location trĂšs bien organisĂ©e! Le seul petit bĂ©mol est le bruit, immeuble pas trĂšs bien isolĂ© mais c’est supportable.

Sehr guter Standort und Zuschnitt der Wohnung

Seepromenade, Supermarkt, Osteria und BÀcker (sonntags bis 12 Uhr geöffnet) in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, also ein toller Standort. Ruhig gelegen, sehr guter Zuschnitt der Wohnung, guter Service, hat alles geklappt. Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar bis 18 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben. Gutes WLAN, konnten sogar einen Föhn ausleihen ;-)
