The entrance opens onto a welcoming living area, where a modern linear kitchen blends harmoniously with the charming lounge.
A large panoramic window offers a splendid sea view, allowing guests to admire the landscape even during meals, which can be enjoyed either in the indoor dining area or outside, on the equipped veranda overlooking the bay of Cala Granu — the beach from which the villa takes its name.

From the living room, a graceful staircase, seamlessly integrated into the back wall, leads to a cozy mezzanine with a sloping ceiling, where a double bed is located.

The main sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and direct access to the garden through French doors, ensuring independence and maximum comfort for guests.

Completing the property, a private annex hosts an elegant suite with a bathroom finished in fine local marble, ideal for those seeking additional privacy.

The villa can accommodate up to eight adults, thanks also to its four bathrooms, which guarantee convenience and privacy.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is provided, the practice management costs of € 25.00 as well as the costs of the transfer will be retained
