Our charming cottage is nestled among olive trees and features two bedrooms, each with a separate entrance and private bathroom, to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. The open-concept kitchen is the heart of the home, perfect for preparing your meals while enjoying the picturesque views of the countryside.

Outside, a covered terrace with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy relaxing breakfasts or dinners at sunset, accompanied by the sounds of nature. On the open terrace, the comfortable, colorful sofas are perfect for gazing at the starry sky and letting yourself be enveloped by the magic of the evening.

The Location

The house is located in a quiet rural area, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation, while still being just a few minutes away from the picturesque village of San Pantaleo, known as the “artists’ village.” A car is necessary to get around, as there is no public transportation nearby. The road to reach us includes about 2 km of easily navigable dirt road.

The nearest beaches are in Cannigione (a 10-minute drive) or on the beautiful Costa Smeralda, just 18 minutes away. The terraces surrounding the house are for exclusive use, and the entrance is completely private.
