- electricity and water consumption, air conditioning, initial supply of bed and bath linens, one supply of kitchen linens (American-style placemats), one mid-stay cleaning with change of bed and bath linens for stays of at least 14 nights and multiples thereof (kitchenette cleaning excluded), final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette and trash disposal); Wi-Fi (limited use), use of the shared self-service laundry room, use of the swimming pools (open from May 1 to October 15), unguarded parking

📌Costs to be paid on site:

- Tourist tax in cash: varies by season; mandatory according to municipal regulations.

- Security deposit: €200, refundable at the end of the stay following an inspection of the apartment’s condition. For departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit may be refunded via bank transfer (fees to be paid by the guest)

- Cleaning the kitchenette and taking out the trash are the guest’s responsibility. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of €50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional €50.00 for failure to
