We are flexible with arrival and departure times, subject to prior arrangement. However, for arrivals after 10.30 p.m.,

there is an extra charge of 20 euros.

Special care is required for the studio keys. In the event that keys are lost, a supplement of 100 euro will be charged to

cover the cost of a lock change.
