On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet.
From here, you have easy access to the private terrace and the communal pool of the small residential complex.

Upstairs, you'll find two light-filled bedrooms (of course with blackout shutters), each with a balcony, as well as a well-equipped bathroom.

Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.

The larger bedroom also has a small desk and a safe.

Extras: The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed (150 x 190 cm) for a fifth person.
Matching bed linen, pillows, and a blanket are provided upon request.

Please note that our house is non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balconies.
Ashtrays can be found in the living room cupboard.
