Great place, ski lodge vibe

Unfortunately I was there for only 1 day, but this place is beautiful. A little off the beaten path but not far from other amenities. I was there in the summer, but I can imagine how amazing it would be in the ski season, with the hills right there. Food was ok, but talked to the chef an he assured me that it will be revamped and top notch, I will be checking back.

Gorgeous surroundungs, info on website did't match hrs of pool and hot tub when we came to pool- so glad we were early! The girl at desk said breakfast all day, only till noon( I think she was new).... No hairdryer in room!! Another guest lent me one... Room was beautiful and clean ..view of pond and fountain - lovely! The rate of the room going up $100 because last room- obscene. Still one link on computer says Breakfast included, the other link changed, good I found it! Overall loved our stay the staff had no problems with a later sign- out, which I appreciated! The hot tub could use anoher 8 inches if water, many remarked and it could be hotter- but super lovely sitting outside at the bottom of the hills! Elizabeth Ottawa

Room was very big and clean. Restaurant was open at random times and had a very limited dinner menu. We had issues with getting the TV to work and our door key cards not working. We had no phone in our room to call down to the desk. No information given to us about anything at all inside or out. Hot tub was no very hot. Very disappointed overall.

The only thing missing is the restaurant is changing chefs, so there is a need to update menu to a more interesting menu. Once that is complete, the facility as a whole is great. Room was lovely, beachfront and boats are A plus.

Réserver d’avance n’a pas été un bon deal pour cette période de l’année. L’hôtel était presque vide surtout le dernier jour (mardi le 29 juillet) ou il n’y avait presque plus personne. Même le restaurant ou j’avais prévu prendre mon repas du soir était fermé. Les prix étaient plus bas que ma réservation d’avance (environ 15% plus bas) mais bon…la chambre était parfaite. I read some reviews before going to the hotel and I was a little worried, but I always try to take some reviews with a grain of salt. I’m so glad some of those reviews didn’t deter me from booking. It was a great experience. The rooms are fully renovated, the bathroom is beautiful, such a cute balcony that overlooks the mountains. I would absolutely recommend!

Le bar était fermé car il était réservé à un groupe. La personne n’était pas certaine de ce que comprenais le déjeuner, et j’ai dû attendre le le matin qu’un employé trouve la personne à l’accueil pendant 5 min simplement pour faire mon Check out .
