Really friendly staff, comfortable room, good wifi. The only issue is it’s just above a parking lot. There’s not really a view of any kind, no big deal, but if someone drives in or out and you’re a light sleeper, it might disturb you.

We had book 2 rooms with A/C at check in we where able to get only one, and the A/C did not work it was damage. For the other room they gave us the fan from the receptionist. Both of the rooms were hot. When we book the hotel our only 2 requirements where A/C and parking. Therefore we did not get what we paid fore

Este hotel es casi perfecto, un hotel sencillo y bonito, personal muy agradable, lo único en que pueden mejorar es en el aire acondicionado, ya que solo tienen un ventilador y pues por el calor que hace en Armenia, no es suficiente, por lo demás exelente
