Very cosy, comfortable villa "Campas", 2 storeys, surrounded by fields. Outside the resort, 850 m from the centre of Ariany, in a quiet, sunny position, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool round (3 x 7 m, depth 50 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bar 1.2 km, bakery 1.2 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ariany" 850 m, sandy beach "Playas de Muro - Can Picafort" 18 km. Large patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Beautiful view of the countryside.
