Welcome to the heart of the island!

This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km from Ariany and sits in a very quiet area.

Here you are far away from mass tourism and can especially find the peace and relaxation you need in your well-deserved holiday.



The country house has 120 square metres of living space in 3 lovingly furnished rooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two others each with 2 single beds. The two bathrooms feature a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities. The cosy and light-filled living room invites you to linger. Satellite/cable TV and internet/WiFi are also not to be missed during your well-deserved holiday (FIBRE OPTIC). For cold winter days there is a fireplace. The bedrooms and dining area are equipped with air conditioning.



Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. The rest and seating areas, lovingly furnished, offer views and unforgettable moments during your well-deserved holiday days. There is a large outdoor barbecue area and plenty of space for shared barbecue evenings.

On the terrace, the large pool (9x4m) is integrated and comfortable sun loungers are provided. Additionally, a table tennis table is available to you.

wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dieser wundervollen Finca, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. und trotz ein paar kräftigen Regenschauern konnten wir viele Sonnenstunden am Pool genießen. Wir kennen den Ort Ariany bereits, von daher wussten wir, dass es sehr sehr ländlich ist und eben auch viele Tiere und Landwirtschaft neben der Finca sind

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Finca. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Grundsätzlich war es auch sauber. Nur eine Sache, die uns gestört hat - in den alten Möbeln hat es sehr muffig gerochen.

Es war einfach schön.

Ich meine Frau und unsere zwei Kinder haben wunderschöne 12 Tage in der Finka verbracht. Bei der Buchung haben wir großen Wert auf Erholung vom Alltag und Arbeit zu Hause gelegt. Das alles wurde komplett erfüllt. Das einchecken war sehr einfach, dank dem Gastgeber Lorenzo. Viel Ruhe und ländliches Ambiente

Die Größe und Weitläufigkeit des Hofes, gab uns das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein. Wir konnten uns wg. Corona fast 20 Monate nicht sehen, weil die Kinder und Enkelkinder in England leben u. Oma + Opa aus Deutschland kommen. Deshalb war es sehr schön mal wieder für 13 Tage beieinander zu sein, aber doch jeder auch, wenn er wollte, für sich sein konnte. Der große Wohnbereich mit offener gut eingerichteter Küche, dazu 3 Schlafzimmer (je 2 Personen) und 2 Bäder waren ideal für uns. Besonders viel Spass hatten nicht nur die Enkelkinder mit dem schönen, sauberen Pool, der extrem gern und oft genutzt wurde, in der Nacht sogar für eine Stunde beleuchtet war! Nach dem kühlenden Schwimmen waren die heissen Nächte leichter zu ertragen.

Entspannung Pur!

Die Finca ist perfekt geeignet für alle die außerhalb des Trubels ihre Ruhe suchen. Das Grundstück, der Pool und die Ausstattung der Finca sind optimal ausgelegt um entspannte Tage mit der Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Lorenzo und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber und die Abwicklung über Mallorcacharme hat reibungslos geklappt.
