The villa is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views that can be enjoyed from every corner of the property. It is strategically located for tourists, being just over a 10-minute drive from the center of Arezzo and the highway, and about 20 minutes from Cortona.
The pool is a real gem, offering fabulous views of the surrounding landscape, and is for the exclusive use of guests.
The Space
The house features two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, a triple bedroom with the option to add a crib for children under three, and two queen-size sofa beds in the living/dining room.
There is a fully equipped and fully functional kitchen.
There is no air conditioning, but since the property is located in a hilly area, it isn’t necessary.

Lovely location

Bellissima esperienza… pulita, confortevole, comprendeva tutti i servizi… Peccato per il tempo e il clima freddo che non ci ha permesso di godere della zona piscina. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Torneremo sicuramente.
