PLEASE NOTE. The apartment is arranged on two levels connected by an internal staircase (please exercise extra caution if traveling with small children).

- SMALL PRIVATE GARDEN (accessible from the kitchenette balcony).

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- TWO BALCONIES (accessible from the bedrooms).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Arezzo Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.
Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smart lock.
