Es war gut abet nicht mehr. WLAN funktionierte nicht und die Information dass das Frühstück nur bis 9 ist, bekamen wir auch nicht! Fühlten uns wohl im Hotel, aber nicht wirklich Willkommen. Der Staff war sehr verhalten. Das Zimmer war ganz schön umd angenehm.

A unos minutos a pié de la plaza de Armas. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Un día salimos temprano y nos dieron una bolsa con algunos alimentos. Habitación amplia, baño amplio con buena presión de agua en la ducha. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle, a mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas, pues se oia el tránsito. Desayuno correcto que, el día que desayunamos en el hotel, estaba a medio preparar para la hora prevista de comienzo. Precio muy bueno.

Great hotel in historic area of Arequipa

The service at Casona Plaza Hotel AQP was excellent; particularly of the front desk working early hours of the morning. Our tour company for Colca Canyon was late to pick us up. The front desk attendant contacted the company for us which was a huge help. The hotel is located close to the main square in Arequipa. Our room had a great view looking out at the volcanoes. Very happy with our stay; thanks!

a part le problème d'eau chaude. Il fallait coulait longtemps, longtemps l'eau. l'hotel était très agréable et confortable. Le service toujours présent. Petit déjeuner tres consistant et abondant. Seul hic, la chambre coté rue, bruit assourdissant. Ils aiment bien klaxonner, façon de communiquer entre eux. les fenêtres pas du tout doubles. bon, c'est aussi leurs style de vivre

COMODIDADES INTERNAS

Deberian poner un Microwave y una cafetera en el cuarto, asi como acomodar un par de sillas mas, frente al televisor, para no estar solamente echado en la cama mirando los programas televisivos. El cuarto no tenia aire acondicionado automatico. El equipo portatil de aire acondicionado que se encontro en el cuarto, no es el adecuado para dar comodidad a un Turista (sonaba mucho y no dejaba dormir). Los enchufes electrico installados en la pared necesitaban adaptadores electricos para poder instalar las lamparas y el equipo de aire acondicionado portatil El piso de la ducha no tiene una barrera suficientemente alta como para impedir que el agua se salga del piso de la ducha e inunde el resto del piso del bano. Gracias.

L'emplacement a beau être idéal, cet hotel nous a vraiment déçu. Les personnes à l'accueil et au service du petit-déjeuner ne sont pas aimables. Les chambres sont finalement décevantes : douche vraiment désagrable (impossible de régler la température de l'eau au point où il est presque impossible d'y rester). Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité : le plus mauvais que nous ayons eu au Pérou. Prix du téléphone beaucoup trop cher.
