We loved our stay here. It was convenient to many shops, dining, and tourist attractions. Arequipa is a beautiful city. The breakfast was also nice. We appreciated that they held our bags for us and helped us get taxis to/from the airport.

Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too.
