I would like to provide feedback on our stay at your accommodation in Algajola. Unfortunately, there is very little positive to report about this property.Upon check‑in, we were asked to return an hour later because the house had not yet been cleaned. When we finally arrived, we found a very dirty accommodation: there was mold everywhere, the beds were dirty, and the entire house had a strong, unpleasant smell. The condition of the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room was also far below acceptable standards.The contact person came by almost immediately to collect the cleaning fees and the costs for bed linen and towels. However, your advertisement does not mention anywhere that these costs are charged separately.We also asked how the air conditioning works. The contact person did not know and had to inquire. The next day, she informed us that she still did not know how to operate the air conditioning. We also asked about the WiFi, as your advertisement states that WiFi is available. The contact person told us that there is no WiFi in the apartment. We had to point out to her ourselves that your listing clearly states otherwise.I tried to find something positive. The only positive aspect I can mention is that the beach and shops are within walking distance. Unfortunately, there is nothing else positive to report. The accommodation is dirty, old, full of mold, and the bedding was extremely unhygienic. We are extremely disappointed.
