This villa is composed as follows: -upper level: parking area (2 spaces) and entrance with large cupboard. -Ground floor: large room with living room (overlooking a garden), dining room (opening onto a terrace of 15 m2 with mountain view) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob..). A master suite (bed 160x200) with large cupboard and shower room. A separate toilet. Garden level: a hallway with toilet, a large bathroom, a cupboard (with washing machine) and 2 large bedrooms (one with 1 bed in 160x200 and the other with 2 beds in 90x200 and you can add an extra bed for a seventh person or a child) with cupboard overlooking the garden.
