Does seem like its still in the process but overall has great potential . Great location and view from certain rooms . Futon wasn't clean but the bed and bathroom which are the important things were immaculate . Overall really good experience, plan to come back .

Our two day anniversary trip in Arecibo was great, in large part due to the great room we had by the ocean. And I mean right by the ocean. I could have thrown a rock onto the beach from our room. My wife and I were able to sleep to the sound of the waves at night and in the morning take a nice, covenient walk on the beach. A very beautiful beach with lots big rocks for scenery and little ones to collect. The room, bath and kitchenette were clean and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. I would consider changing the name of this place to "Arecibo Seaside Waves and Wonders". A beautiful gem and we would definitely stay again. John & Maria

Everything was ok, a great place to see Sunset and eat, "Ocean View Food Park" 2 minutes from the hotel , amazing different food and drink and breakfast was amazing and inexpensive, even the hotel have no amenities the Ocean view food park made for it.

The room was clean and the beach was beautiful. The beach is very rocky in this area so we weren’t able to swim here. There is a large open air porch area on the bottom floor where we picnicked at for dinner and at breakfast there was orange juice and coffee and fruit provided for breakfast which was a pleasant surprise to us! The only complaint was the smell of weed at night.

This was a last minute booking. We arrived late and was nervous about the outside upon driving up. We were pleasantly surprised walking inside our room. Then the next day looking out the window to breath, taking view! Now this is nothing super fancy… But comfortable nonetheless. There were regular towels that were super soft and comfortable. Although we were very conscious of using water during our stay on the island.!
