In the heart of Arcachon, a city with four seasons and a very popular seaside resort,
"The apartment" in "Vue de Rêve" is located on the first line of the beach between the Casino and the port, in a residence completed in December 15.
This T2 includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and television, a living room with two 160 cm sofa beds and a television, a shower room, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a small west-facing terrace. I have a private overhead car park, a local bike in the building (2 bikes are available).
The linen is provided including 2 bathrobes, beach equipment, board games, cooking aid, coffee maker and Nespresso capsules etc ...
A baby cot can be made available on request.

Perfect Accommodation, very well situated in Arcachon

We received a very warm welcome and were allowed to spend a week in a very modern, clean and very well-equipped apartment. The location is very good, the beach on the doorstep, the harbor and the city center just a very short walk away, as well as the good boulangerie, which can be reached in two minutes on foot.

Clean apartment, good location but small.

Nicole was very friendly and the apartment was clean, wel equipped. Also the location is very good. However, it is very small and with no real possibility to sit outside. Anyway, very nice for one or two people for a (long) weekend but not really suitable for a family. Also, one of my selected criteria was a swimming pool (common SP would be fine). There is none. Not a big problem with the beach nearby but it should not be mentioned as an availability.

Appartement magnifique et très agréable avec accès direct à la plage et à la promenade sur les caillebotis. Idéalement situé à mi chemin entre le centre ville et le port.Literie d’excellente qualité.Parking privé très appréciable. Bornes électriques proches du logement.Petit bémol sur le balcon:vue sur le passage entre l’immeuble et la villa située à côté, proximité des autres balcons et terrasse sans brise vue avec plusieurs vis à vis. Cela manque un peu d’intimité si on veut profiter du balcon pur boire un café ou lire. Sinon, tout était parfait. Propriétaire sympathique qui a été flexible sur notre horaire d’arrivée.

L'appartement est situé dans une résidence haut-standing avec un accès sur la plage d'Eyrac très pratique pour une belle marche par "les planches" jusqu'au centre ville et le marché quotidien. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, les matériaux et matériels sont de qualité, rien ne manque (linge de maison/toilette et de literie avec lit fait à l'arrivée, peignoirs de bain, produits ménager et culinaires de base ainsi que capsules Nespresso). Une place de parking sécurisée et 2 vélos à disposition.L'appartement est phoniquement bien isolé, propre, et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Nicole et Jacques sont des propriétaires accueillants, réactifs, arrangeants et soucieux du confort qu'ils mettent à disposition. Merci à eux et sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons.
