Underfloor heating.
Ideal for a couple with children, this single-story detached house offers all the comforts needed for a wonderful holiday on the Arcachon Bay.

Enclosed garden of 180m² including a large terrace (furnished with a table and chairs for 5 people, and a large parasol from April to the end of September) of 30m² and parking for two cars in the driveway.
4-star rated furnished tourist accommodation.
Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], a double bed linen and towel set for €42 per week.

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10 per day. No smoking or pets allowed. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

You will find a small Casino super market with butcher, the famous Aiguillon fishmonger, baker and pastry chef, caterer, butcher, florist, tobacco and pesse shop, pharmacy. Several cafes and restaurants are located in this same area 600m from the house: Italian restaurant Le Bassano, Le Chipiron (seafood), Le Bistrot du Port, Le Patio (Michelin starred restaurant: one star). The Santa Maria (seafood) is located on the marina inside the CVA.
