Apartment offering all the comfort sought for a great vacation on the bay: an entrance, a living room (sofa bed 140X190cm / new electric roller shutters) with a fully equipped kitchen on a south-east facing terrace, a bedroom (2 beds of 80X190cm side by side), a bathroom, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm). Secure individual parking and communal swimming pool = July & August (11X6X1.60m). Collective outdoor bicycle rack.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 140 sheets + towels = 42€/week.

Optional cleaning fee = 70€.

Belle location, bien située. pour six personnes ? J'ai un doute malgré les six couchages , d'après les photos je le voyais plus grand seul l'espace cuisine salon est spacieux, salle de bains minuscule ! Le parking est très appréciable et nous avons fait un très bon séjour au calme. Nous avons souvent loué sur Abritel et n'avons jamais été déçu par leur location ! ce n'est pas une critique mais il me semble que les loueurs devraient vérifier de temps en temps les fenêtres qui couinent , les portes qui grincent, la robinetterie du lavabo de la salle de bains qui fuit et difficile a manipuler ! Nous avons signalé ça au moment de notre départ à l'agence pour la remise des clés qui ne semble pas avoir pris note. (si personne ne signale ces petits problèmes, ils ne peuvent être résolus)
