Villa "Les Capucines" House renovated by architect in 2021. Garden and terrace. From the villa, access the nearest beaches: Pereire, Arbousiers, Bikini or the many other beaches of Moulleau, Pyla, Dune or Ocean about ten km away.<br>There are many bike paths that pass very close to the house and will allow you to access the main attractions of the area.<br>You just have to cross the street and go through the forest.<br>You can also visit the beautiful villas of the historic district of the "Ville d'Hiver", or reach the city center of Arcachon a few minutes away on foot or by bike (market, shops, restaurants...). <br>If you want to leave your car and use only your bike, it's possible: the quiet "Abatilles" district, lively all year round, allows easy access to some local shops (bread depot and grocery store a hundred meters away) and some very good restaurants (some of which are on the beaches).<br>Other activities are offered: Tennis, sailing, paddle, golf, petanque courts, guided tours, boat trips...

A perfect place to stay.

We spent two weeks in the area and very much enjoyed the house. It has a great locations, is beautifully renovated and, in addition to a very well-equipped kitchen and good beds, has many charming details that look even nicer in real life than on the pictures. All in all, it was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The communication with the host was always quick and uncomplicated.

Belle petite maison joliment aménagée et parfaitement située entre la ville d’hiver et la superbe plage de Pereire dans un quartier sympathique et tranquille. Chouette contact avec les gérants. Boulangerie et épicerie très sympa à 100 m!

Séjour dans une charmante petite maison

Une maison très bien équipée même si elle est petite. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. La personne qui nous a reçu est aussi très sympathique. Même si le beau temps n était pas au rendez vous et qu internet avait décidé de nous oublier, nous avons pu nous reposer au calme dans un environnement très agréable. Maison à recommander.

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée (le +, les vélos et l'équipement pour la plage!). Très jolie déco, bon accueil par la personne remettant les clefs, très flexible et très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Je recommande!

Sehr schönes Haus

Hat alles gut gepasst. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Da unser französisch sehr schlecht ist, war es etwas holperig mit der direkten Kommunikation. Aber letztendlich haben wir alles Wichtige verstanden.

Liebevoll und individuell gestaltetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Arcachon, in dem individuell und liebevoll gestalteten Haus von Xavier. Die Kommunikation für Check-in, Check-out und zwischenzeitliche Fragen lief super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus war eine gute Ausgangsposition für verschiedenste Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Hôte extremement réactif. La maison présente l'avantages d'être prête des pistes cyclables et d'un parc mais un inconvenient aussi, proximité immédiate d'un rond poind très fréquenté jusqu'à 22 H30 - 23 heures. La cuisine est bien équipée. Dommage pas de placard prévu pour ranger les provisions. Le terrain est bien clos. Si un occultant avait été prévu au niveau du portillon d'entrée, pour éviter le dérangement des aboiements de notre chien pour les passants et les voisins, ca aurait été super. En conclusion, nous sommes globalement satisfait de notre séjour avec notre chien.

Schöne Ferien in Arcachon

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch; ideal für eine Familie mit 4 Personen, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, super Küche mit allem drum und dran. Die Terrasse nach hinten ist auch wunderbar. Die Lage ist super: schnell zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte und an den Stränden. Nicht ganz so gut war: nur ein Fahrrad war einsatzbereit (nachdem wir es mit unserer Autopumpe aufgepumt haben); der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (hängt am Router, der ist möglicherweise dafür ungeeignet; etwas wenig Stauraum. Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus an einem tollen Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das besondere Ferienhaus

Im Ferienhaus von Xavier hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit Geschmack renoviert und mit netten Details aus der Region versehen, haben wir uns mit unserem Australian Shepard Kalle in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders erfreut waren wir über die Küche. Da wir gerne kochen hat uns die neue moderne Ausstattung (kein franz. Standard) sehr beeindruckt. Auch die Lage des Hauses, - am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen der Friedhofsnähe-, hat uns gut gefallen. Man ist zu Fuß relativ schnell in der Stadt oder am Strand. Besonderes Highlight ist ein toller Bäcker und eine kleine gut sortierte Epicerie in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Kurzum: Ein Geheimtipp, der jetzt keiner mehr ist (;o))!

Bel endroit !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances à Arcachon, dans cette jolie petite maison très bien décorée et très bien agencée. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer une belle semaine de repos en famille, et avons bien profité de l'océan (qui n'est pas loin à pied !). Merci au propriétaire pour sa rapidité de réponse, et merci à Virginie pour son accueil !

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und alles angetroffen, was wir brauchten. Die Räume sind individuell und schön eingerichtet, die Großgeräte neuwertig und sehr gut. Vom Esstisch kann man auf die Straße gucken, in zwei Minuten ist man beim Bäcker und dem Feinkostladen. Arcachon war im Frühling angenehm ruhig.

Great house ideal with pet, ideally located for excursions in and around Arcachon

Tastefully furnished house with lovely outside patio area. Ideally located for excursions in the area. We enjoyed cycling and walks along the coast and the ‚bassin‘, with child and dog.
