In L'Aiguillon, opposite Arcachon's marina and just steps from the beach, local shops, and bike paths, this pleasant 35m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove is fully furnished and equipped. It offers a magnificent view of the bay, a balcony, and secure private parking.

During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bike room.

The apartment includes:
- an entrance hall with storage
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto a balcony (furniture) and a sleeping area (new 120 x 190 cm sofa bed)
- a bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed/storage)
- a bathroom with toilet.

Ideal for a couple.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: 1 set (140cm bed, sheets + towels) = €42.

Optional cleaning fee = €60.

During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day.

Beau sejour

Malgre un temps de saison humide,nous avons pu faire un tour du bassin en bateau:belle escursion. Nous sommes alles visiter le musee de l'huitre puis deguster des fruits de mer dans une cabane des pecheurs entre 2 averses. Puis une autre journee a la thalasso d'Arcachon car le temps ne nous permettait pas de nous promener. Nous reviendrons a Arcachon sur une belle periode ensoleillee.

Une très bonne semaine

Semaine passée en arrière saison avec un très beau temps et encore beaucoup d'activités disponibles. Malgré la distance au centre ville il y a sur place une plage agréable et tous les commerces utiles.

Appartement bien placé centre ville et au bord du port .un peu juste pour faire à manger plaque de cuisson un peut petite pour mettre une casserole et une poêle au même temps. sinon on a passé une bonne semaine de vacances.
