O Hotel está em reforma, muito poeira por todo lado. A parte que não está em reforma está muito deteriorado, piso ruim quarto sem conforto e sem muita ventilação. Café da manhã muito fraco, a piscina muito perigosa, bastante funda e sem nenhum espaço. A localização não é muito boa não, a noite parece um pouco insegura .Serve para passar uma noite.

Não tem muita variedade no café da manhã, nem pão de queijo tem. E o pior do hotel é não ter estacionamento, estava em obra e caindo restos no corredor onde estávamos hospedado.

Pra comecar fiz o pagemnto aqui pela plataforma e ao chegar no hotel , o recpecionista informou que o pagamento estava pendente. Ao mostrar o comprovante de pagamento e o agendamento pelo aplicativo o mesmo informou que havia se enganado. A tv do quarto estava com problemas e mesmo me queixando sobre isso, nao mandaram ninguem olhar, apenas informou que nao havia outro quarto, não há vista pela janela ,ao abrir vc so ver paredes e restos de obras. Não há quem lhe oriente sobre o café da manhã e não há atracoes por perto. Necessario sair o tempo todo de uber, rua com pouquíssimo movimento ao anoitecer.

A estrutura do hotel é muito precária, o banho era fedido e mofado e as paredes suja, o café da manhã faltava muita coisa e a reposição era horrível. Foi a pior experiência que tive com estádia na rede Andrade. Infelizmente deixa muito a desejar em todos os requisitos.
