Infelizmente minha experiência foi bastante decepcionante. O quarto apresentava sinais evidentes de falta de manutenção e limpeza, com paredes descascando, instalações em más condições e banheiro com aspecto inadequado de higiene. A acomodação estava muito abaixo do que eu esperava e do que foi anunciado. Espero que a administração tome providências para melhorar as condições oferecidas aos hóspedes.

O hotel é antigo, mas esta bem cuidado. Com todas as funcionalidades necessárias. Hospedagem tranquila e muito confortável. Fiquei em um quarto adaptado PCD. Senti falta de uma cortina para nao molhar todo o cômodo. Mas isso nao foi um pesar e nem atrapalhou minha estadia. O estacionamento é amplo e seguro, mas pago.

Avaliação da Estadia – Rede Andrade Jangadeiro (Aracaju) Estive hospedado no hotel durante o feriado de 04 a 07 de junho de 2026, enquanto participava de um encontro na cidade, e infelizmente minha experiência foi bastante decepcionante. Quarto pequeno e banheiro precisando de manutenção, com vários detalhes que comprometem o conforto. A limpeza foi um problema constante: precisei solicitar três vezes e só depois fui informado que deveria avisar na recepção — algo que não foi explicado no check-in. Os apartamentos não possuem interfone, dificultando qualquer comunicação com a recepção. Preços das bebidas muito acima do normal, sem justificativa. Amigos que viajaram comigo tiveram suas reservas alteradas e foram transferidos para outro hotel da mesma rede, gerando transtornos e muita insatisfação. O café da manhã é fraco e precisa melhorar em variedade e qualidade. Funcionários despreparados e atendimento pouco eficiente. Inclusive, vários participantes do encontro na cidade também fizeram reclamações, mostrando que não foi um caso isolado.
