O quarto e os móveis precisam de manutenção. Encontramos duas baratas no quarto e as tomadas paravam de funcionar com frequência, sendo necessário acionar a recepção várias vezes para religar o disjuntor. Em algumas ocasiões, a equipe da recepção demonstrou incômodo, como se o problema fosse de nossa responsabilidade. Pelo valor cobrado, a estrutura e o atendimento precisam melhorar bastante para que a estadia realmente valha a pena.

Tive um sério problema com o ar-condicionado que não funcionava ficamos 3 dias no calor usando apenas ventilador, e outra coisa minha colega de quarta abriu uma reclamação pois estava sendo espionada pelo basculante do banheiro quando estava no banho.

Pontos negativos e positivos

Passamos três dias e não houve limpeza dos quartos. Não trocaram toalhas nem recolheram o lixo. A tv do quarto queimou e foi trocada por outra em que o controle não funcionava direito. Mas o pessoal foi bem prestativo para troca . O café da manhã também é razoável. Pode melhorar. No mas tudo bem. A pousada fica num ponto muito bom. Bem perto da orla e próximo ao caranguejo e com bares e restaurantes próximos.
