A janela do quarto quebradas, ar condicionado molhando o chão, os lençóis fedendo a mofo como se não tivesse lavados a dias. Café da manhã prato com formigas e doces cheios de formiga. Corredores cheios de poeiras e sujeiras!

Minha estadia neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. As instalações não correspondem ao que é mostrado no site. O quarto era minúsculo, totalmente diferente das fotos, sem cortina blackout e com frestas na janela que deixavam entrar muita luz. Não havia mesa, espaço para guardar roupas, armário ou qualquer estrutura mínima de conforto. O banheiro também era muito pequeno e não tinha toalha de piso, toalha de banho nem lençol. Precisei solicitar na recepção(presencialmente, pois não tem telefone nos quartos) e esperei cerca de 15 minutos; quando entregaram, a toalha estava rasgada, sem condições de uso e apenas um lençol para o casal. Outro ponto que me deixou desconfortável foi voltar de madrugada e encontrar o ar-condicionado e a televisão ligados, mesmo sem eu ter usado a TV. Além disso, a área externa é deserta à noite. Para entrar, é preciso tocar a campainha e aguardar o recepcionista acordar. Na segunda noite, ele demorou, e ficamos expostos na rua. A localização, ao lado de um semáforo, torna o quarto ainda mais barulhento: assim que o sinal abre, começam as buzinas. No checkout, descemos ao meio-dia e não havia ninguém na recepção. Encontrei uma funcionária nos fundos, que informou que a recepcionista estava “verificando quartos”. Mesmo assim, ficamos aguardando até que ela retornasse, o que levou cerca de 25 minutos. Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante negativa do início ao fim. Não pretendo retornar.

Quarto sujo Roupas de camas estavam com mal cheiro. Privada suja Sem toalhas para banho Cheguei para fazer a entrada e fiquei aguardando 1hs 30 minutos. Tinha um rapaz descaracterizado. Aparentemente era funcionário mas estava com uma lara de cerveja na mão. Minha hospedagem era pra casal e me colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Piscina suja

O check-in atrasou duas horas, quando chegamos no quarto não tinha água para tomar banho, o café da manhã no dia seguinte atrasou também e a piscina estava podre, estou muito decepcionado, mas fora isso tudo ok, localização ótima para quem foi curtir o Pré-Caju.
