O hotel não tem nada a v com as fotos do anúncio q devem ser da inauguração. O hotel está em péssimo estado, mofo por todos os lados, paredes em reboco sem pintura, piso deteriorado, fiação exposta e um descaso com tudo. Quarto com mofo nas paredes, geladeira imunda, banheiro imundo, janela do quarto basculante, impossível de ser alugado para uso. Atendimento péssimo Não consegui ficar no hotel pois a informação era q só tinha este quarto imundo

Quarto não tinha cortinas escuras. Entrava toda a claridade da luz do poste. A torneira do banheiro estava estragada. O mal cheiro da caixa de esgoto/ralo estava voltando para o quarto. As camas estavam com aparência ruim, aparência de mal cuidadas. A cama de solteiro da minha filha estava rasgada o a cama do casal estava afundando o acolchoado. Para completar no último dia, caiu a fase de energia e ficamos sem ar condicionados. No total, 12 quartos ficaram sem ar condicionados. No check-in não foi oferecida oportunidade de diminuir a quantidade de diárias, por isso tive que pagar todas as diárias reservadas e solicitar posteriormente o reembolso de uma diária já que tive que realizar o check-out com antecedência. Experiencia ruim!!!

O hotel em nada se parece com a imagens da plataforma, literalmente em estado precário, janela sem tranca, cama com molas soltas, péssima acústica entre quartos, não tem elevador, café da amanhã horrível em local incrívelmente quente e abafado, somente ventiladores, banheiro faltando rejunte sem prateleira ou nicho para amenidades,

Estrutura do hotel velha e sem manutenção. Quarto tinha barata e cachorrinho-do-mato. Cama, travesseiro e lençol e toalhas de péssima qualidade. Solicitei uma toalha a mais e fui informada que somente no outro dia com a camareira. Hotel é péssimo.
