The tranquil orchard and amazing sunsets are just two of our favorite parts of the farmhouse. The property is on 9 acres of peace and privacy that can easily accommodate family vacations or friends wanting to get out of town. It is conveniently located only 10 minutes from I-75 and access to anything you need from towns within 20 minutes. Our proximity to the lake while having so much privacy makes for the perfect getaway.
After a wonderful night’s sleep, you can enjoy your coffee in the sun room or in a rocking chair on the expansive porch. There is plenty of room on the property for a picnic or a game of kickball.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
On the way out please pull up slowly to the gate. It will open and then you can exit. The gate open inward so space of 8ft is needed to let it run the cycle.
Place all tats bags on the designated bins. If not bins are available please leave it under the car port and out staff will collect it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Basic rules. 1. Take trash to outside bins when leaving. 2.All used towels must be placed in the laundry room. 3.Start the dishwasher as you leave.
The house is historic bldg, please do not flush excess amounts of toilet paper in the toilets. Do not flush feminine products, wipes or table scraps.
Turn AC to 78 degrees as you leave and 65 degrees in the winter. Do not park on the grass. There is a sprinkler system installed . No Smoking
