I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. We were here for 4 nights and everyone was wonderful! The whole hotel is so clean. Every employee is seriously so nice and genuine. Can't wait to visit again!

The hotel is very nice. The bathroom could be updated. The bed was clean and the room was clean. The breakfast is not included and it’s not a lot of things you can choose from for the price. Over all it’s a safe Naighbor hood and great area if you have kids.

Wrote a Google review. It’s been renovated but just lipstick on a pig. Older fixtures and cracks/tears. Noisy. Charged us $13 each for standard ‘free breakfast’ everywhere else. Replied on Google that it was made-to-order option, which no one mentioned nor observed and other guests had same complaints around us. Most guests are staying next to the highway and close to fairgrounds for a mid-priced hotel. They’re trying for upscale, but it doesn’t work there. We won’t stay there again.

Hotel was 3 weeks old, and there were far too many issues: The temp control in the room was terrible The bar existed, but there was no liquor license to serve alcohol The elevators were super slow, and only 1 of them worked We didn't have any hot water one morning Writing all over the shower walls Baseboard was peeling off Free waters weren't in our room as stated The shining light was that the hotel staff were super friendly and nice.
