Guest Access:

The world is your oyster...or at least the house and yard. There’s also a nice school play area around the corner and tennis courts a stones throw away.



The fireplace never gets used due it's age and location on the outside wall. It is pretty but it is also highly inefficient and the lighting process is cumbersome so for those reasons we ask that the fireplace not be used.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood, and less than a five minute drive north of Downtown Appleton, you will absolutely fall in love with the charm of this home and the surrounding character homes of the neighborhood. Streets lined with tall trees and safe sidewalks in every direction will lead you on nice quiet walks or jogs around the area. THIS is the spot!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.

Great spot in Appleton. We had a group in town for to catch a Packers game and this spot suited us well. Roughly a 30-35 drive straight into Green Bay which is perfect if you want to get to a game but miss the craziness within Green Bay during a game week. House was clean and the pint of ice cream waiting for us when we checked in was a nice touch. We will be looking to book here again whenever we get back out to see another game!

Great location & home

House was very comfortable with 2 gathering areas, updated kitchen & upstairs bath. Just be aware the 2nd full bath & 4th bedroom is in the lower level/basement.Good communication with property management company

Great stay

Loved the house! I could picture myself living here. Two things we noticed that could be improvements. We had 2 elderly ladies (80’s) who had a difficult time with the stairs that didn’t have railings. Even though only 4 steps going up to 2nd floor and 3 stairs going out the side, it was a precarious situation at times. Also, a grab bar for the upstairs tub and shower would be a welcome addition. We ran the dishwasher, but didn’t realize we were supposed to put away the dishes, so we did have to leave that. Overall, we loved the house and would stay here again.
