I would have given 5 stars, but the heat was off in our room when we checked in, and it took hours to warm up. After traveling that really sucked to have a freezing room. We love the saltwater hot tub, and the staff is really friendly. This is our second stay here and it's totally worth it. It's a great location, close to everything.

Room and breakfast great. Only thing was they didn’t change the towels and we were there three nights. Had to call front desk and they had clean ones right away. Would stay there again

When we arrived the room was cold. Mid 50’s. We then left and went to eat. Upon our return the key cards did not work. Went back to the front desk and were told they had accidentally sent another customer up to our room. This caused our cards to be deactivated. Employees did not seem concerned that they had given access to our room to someone else. We did enjoy the Mad Apple restaurant. Won’t return to the hotel. Not worth the price.

So, aside from the decor that probably hasn’t been updated since the 70s, I liked this place. I was able to check in slightly early without issue. It was clean, comfortable. They have a pool, hot tub, game room- didn’t know hotels still did that! So great. And breakfast. Not just a muffins, but eggs, muffins, biscuits and gravy, bacon, coffee, all that. Watch out for the coffee. It’s scalding hot. I’ll probably be back for the next Packers game, as there’s no two night minimum, like a lot of the overpriced Green Bay hotels. Friendly receptionist. And reasonably priced! Yep- I’ll be back. Maybe next time with my kids in tow for the game room.
