Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Was poor unhelpful staff when we got there were told we couldn’t enter the pool by staff till they had proof just after I had checked in and had my key room card. Pool area was dirty with ants over the sunbeds anyway. Reported that the aircon was not working but no one came to fix it. Did not explain where amenities were instead asked me to take a photo of a photo . Just not a 4 star experience. Didn’t use any of the amenities as we did not feel welcome at this hotel.
Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2026
