Overall Rating: 5/10 The hotel is in urgent need of a comprehensive renovation. Many aspects of the property appear outdated and require significant investment, including the air conditioning units, faucets, door handles, in-room accessories, electrical outlets, televisions, beds, pillowcases, bedspreads, towels, elevators, and even the exterior of the building. Unfortunately, it seems that very little has been invested in maintaining or upgrading the hotel over the years. The breakfast is average and offers limited variety and quality. Based on my experience, I would rate it 5 out of 10. That said, there are several positive aspects worth mentioning. The hotel's location is convenient, the room rates are reasonable, and, most importantly, the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They responded promptly to requests and did their best to resolve any issues during my stay. Overall, while the hotel has a good location, fair pricing, and an excellent team, the condition of the facilities significantly affects the guest experience. A full renovation is highly recommended, and greater attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make a substantial difference. Stayed: July 2026

Good breakfast. But at the hotel, you feel like you're in prison. You're not allowed to invite anyone to your room, even during the day. Strict Turkish rules + staff homophobia. Slow internet, at least in my room.

It was an old hotel and there was heavy smell in the hotel. When you parked your car you had to leave the key. I have seen dust on the furniture, room light wasn’t working properly, mattress wasn’t comfortable and pillows were terrible. TV’s sound was going off and you had to turn the tv on and off. Aircon remote had weak battery Breakfast was descent. Staff was friendly I hope they fix these issues asap to provide better service to their customers.
